Eurobio Scientific has finalized the acquisition of GenDx, an international specialist in HLA diagnostics.
On October 3rd, Eurobio Scientific announced the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the Dutch company Genome Diagnostics BV (GenDx). This acquisition will allow Eurobio Scientific to enhance its commercial portfolio with a range of 100% proprietary products among the most efficient in the field of HLA diagnostics for assessing compatibility between organ and marrow donors and recipients. It will also strengthen its geographical footprint, mainly in Europe and the USA. This acquisition translates into a strong growth potential and value creation through:
